Realstar Security is an ISO9001:2015 certified company that was established in 2004 as Wellcash Security, and subsequently rebranded to Realstar Security in 2014. Due to its success in Zimbabwe, Realstar Security expanded into Zambia in 2019.
In 2021, the company was registered in Tanzania and Mozambique, and still aim to expand further and provide the best security services throughout the SADC region. Realstar Security boasts of the requisite experience and expertise to offer top notch security services to any business, organization or individual domiciled anywhere within Zimbabwean, Zambian, Tanzanian and Mozambican territorial boundaries.
All our security guards are trained and appraised in terms of government notice 313 of 1979 that also include handling of fire-arms. Realstar takes pride in the number of highly trained security personnel recruited. All our prospective security guards are vetted in conjunction with the Zimbabwe Republic Police (CID) and Zambian Police before engagement.

- We have a deliberate continuous research and development policy, as well as established feedback channels to capture client concerns so as to continuously add value to our services in the form of customer complaints desk and contract visits by checkers at least twice per shift and by management once per two weeks.
