Our Company

Real Star Security is an ISO9001:2015 certified company that was established in 2014. It boasts of the requisite experience and expertise to offer security services to any business, organization or individual domiciled anywhere within Zimbabwe territorial boundaries. The company boasts of sufficient numbers of highly trained security personnel recruited on the basis of their experience, other desirable attributes are vetted in conjunction with the Zimbabwe Republic Police (CID) before engagement. Our security guards are trained and appraised in terms of government notice 313 of 1979 that also include handling of fire-arms.

Real Star Security Services believes that the protection of employees, other stake holders and the environment is critical to the long term sustainable future of the country and its people. The sanctity of all ecosystems should be preserved for future generations and Real Star Security Services is committed to act responsibly and with due regard to the impact of all its operations and activities on the environment.

Our SHE policy strives to ensure that there are simple and effective safety systems for managers and staff to employ – maintaining and/or improving safety performance.

The ultimate accountability for Safety, Health and Environment rests with the Managing Director. This accountability is delegated to all levels of Management. Compliance with this policy is mandatory for all employees. On an annual basis, Real Star Security Services
undergoes a rigorous Safety, Health and Environment audit, conducted by senior management.
